I was on national TV

Ok, so technically I was not on national TV but my class was mentioned. The football team for the high school that I teach at played a team from Florida today. The game was televised on ESPN-U. One of my students that I taught in Biology and now in Aquatic Science, received the Honor Courage Committment Award. ESPN showed a shot of him at the game and posted a box of statistics on him at the same time. One of the items was his favorite class and it said Aquatic Science. I know it seems trivial but to me seeing my class up in the statistics box as his favorite class made me feel on top of the world. It made me feel that maybe I am making a difference in some of my students lives.
